Leaderboards

Tracking virtual results on Movemint. This feature is in beta.

The Leaderboards feature allows organizers to collect and display participant times for virtual events or self-timed efforts. It’s perfect for virtual races, challenges, and hybrid events where participants complete the course on their own schedule.

This feature is currently in beta. If you would like to enable this feature, please contact [email protected].

How Leaderboards Work

1

Participants Submit Times

Registered participants log in to their Movemint account and go to the "Submit Efforts" tab on the event page. There, they must enter:

  • Their time in this format: HH:MM:SS

  • A link to their activity proof (Strava, Garmin, or other URL)

In order to submit a time, a Movemint account must be made (Movemint Doc on Creating a Movemint account) and the event must be added to their Athlete profile (Movemint Doc on Event Information Card).

2

Organizer Reviews Submissions

All entries are pending until reviewed by the organizer. Organizers will receive a notification to approve or reject each submitted time via the Manage Leaderboards option under the Leaderboards tab in Event Admin.

3

Leaderboard Updates Automatically

Once approved, the submission appears in the Existing Efforts section of Manage Leaderboards and in the Leaderboards tab on the event page.
