How to Assign Bib Numbers

  1. Manage Bib Numbers: Start by setting the starting and ending bib numbers. You can set for either all or specific Sub Events (ex. 800m, 1 mi, etc.).

  2. Assign Bib Numbers: Organizers can assign bib numbers by Sub-Event either:

    1. Auto Assign: Participants are automatically assigned a bib number as register (for all or specific sub-events), or

    2. Manually Assign: Participants are assigned bib numbers manually assigned a bib number all at once. Bib numbers can be ordered by Last Name, First Name, and Registration Date by all Sub Events or for specific Sub Events. Note: organizers can also override existing bib assignments.

You can also assign bib numbers for athletes who register on the day of the event. Refer to Race Day Registration & Check Infor more details on registering a participant and assigning their bib number on the day of the event.
