Add registration protection

If enabled by the organizer of an event, athletes can add protection to their registration. This add-on will show right before check out after athletes have added their participant information for an event.

For organizers, here's how to enable registration protection.

Opting Out of Registration Protection

To opt-out of the registration protection, select following option:

"Downgrade you experience to no refunds and no exchanges for any reason."

Removing Registration Protection

Don't want registration protection any more? Or accidentally added the option? Participants can remove their registration protection through a Refund Protection Confirmation email from Protecht about the registration protection after registering for the event. From that email, there should be a link for you to cancel.
