Mobilize human support for your event
Organizers can create volunteer opportunities, manage their volunteers, and communicate directly with them from the CRM.
Volunteer Categories
Volunteer Categories are the opportunities that people can sign up to volunteer. To manage volunteer categories, head over to Admins & volunteers and select the Manage Volunteer Categories option.

Add Volunteer Category
Here's how you can add volunteer categories for your event.
Click on the + Add Category button from the Manage Volunteer Categories page.
Fill out the Volunteer Category form with a name, description, and time slot information.
Confirm by clicking the Save button.
Volunteer Sign Up
After Volunteer Categories have been created, volunteer opportunities will on the event page under the Volunteer tab.

Volunteers can sign up for them very similar to event registration, and the organizer can manage how much information is required to sign up to volunteer with custom questions. A note can also be left for the organizer about the volunteer.

Manage Volunteers
Got volunteers and want to From Admins & volunteers, select the Manage Volunteers option which will open to the CRM with the Volunteer entity type pre-selected.
Here, organizers can see all of their volunteers in one place, search for a particular volunteer, create audiences, and reassign volunteers to different Volunteer Categories.
