RACE RESULT

Movemint's integration with RACE RESULT is a powerful tool that empowers organizers and timers to get more out of Movemint and link Movemint with their other business tools.

With this integration, organizers and timers can sync participant data from a Movemint event with a RACE RESULT event. This enables smoother and more efficient timing operations by automating data flow and minimizing manual errors.

Note: in order to use this integration, you must use Movemint to assign all bib numbers to participants, not Race Result.

How to Sync Results on Movemint and RACE RESULT

1. Give Movemint access to your Race Result event: in your Race Result event, go to the Main Window Tab, then click on Access Rights/Simple API from the menu on the left.

   1. In the Access Rights section, give full access to [email protected].

   2. In the Simple API section, add the following type rows:

      1. Type of Counter and Details of <All Contexts>

      2. Type of Custom and Details of part/savefields

   3. In the Web Hooks section, add the following three rows:

      1. Type of Participant updated and URL of https://www.movemint.cc/race_result/update

      2. Type of New Participant and URL of https://www.movemint.cc/race_result/update

      3. Type of New Raw Data, URL of https://www.movemint.cc/race_result/update_row, and fields of Bib;Finished;Time;ContestId;Event.ID

      

      Your Race Result event's Access Rights/Simple API page should look like this
2. Go to Manage Results: On Movemint, head over to the Admin Tools & Settings for your event. Go to the Race Day & Results tab and click on Manage Results.

3. Enter Race Result event ID: Input the RACE RESULT event ID and click save.

   
4. Add participant mapping: Choose Movemint participants to send to RACE RESULT by clicking on the Add participant mapping button and then select sub-events for your event on Movemint and the contests to assign on Race Result.

   1. Choose sub-events on Movemint

   2. Choose contests on Race Results

5. Add result mapping: After scoring participants in RACE RESULT, send the results to Movemint by clicking on the Add result mapping button and selecting a Race Result contest to map your result.

6. See Results: View the synced results in the Results tab for your event on Movemint.

   If there are any that don’t match, participants will be sent as All Participants, showing the remaining number of participants.
