Pricing

Pricing at Movemint is straightforward and transparent.

It's free to create events on Movemint. We make money by adding an affordable service fee to paid checkouts.

Free events Movemint doesn't charge anything for free events.

Paid events and merchandise We charge $1 + 6% of the cart total for paid events and merchandise. Movemint operates globally and accepts all currencies supported by Stripe. By default, we pass our service fee to participants, but we can instead take if from the organizer's proceeds if that's your preference. That means that if you charge $50 for your event, you always receive $50 for each participant.

Optional features that increase Movemint's service fee setting up paid events in the US, organizers can choose if they want SMS texting and/or event cancellation insurance. Movemint adds 1% for SMS texting and 3% for event cancellation insurance.

For international events, Movemint adds 2.5% to convert currency. E.g. if you have a US-based business and you're holding an event in Mexico City, we can accept Pesos from participants and convert to USD to pay you out.

Donations We charge 5% for donations. For donations made without paid event registrations or merchandise, we add $1.
