Change Sub-Event

Move a participant from one sub-event to another at a different event.

Organizers can move participants between sub-events among their events that they have full admin-level access.

How to Change Sub-Event for a Participant

1. Head over to the Participant tab in Admin Tools & Settings for your event and click on the "Manage Participants" button.

2. Search for the participant by their Name or Confirmation Number.

3. Click on the three dots next to the Confirmation Number of the participant.

4. Select "Change Sub-Event"

   
5. Select the new Sub-Event for the participant and then update.
