Event Day Registration is a tool you can use to help participants sign-up for your event after online registration as closed. This will tool is designed to be managed by a Full Admin or Race Director Assistant at the event.

How to Register a Participant on the Day-of an Event Using Event Day Registration

Select the Event Day Registration option in Event Admin
Click on the Event Day Registration option under the Race Day tab in Event Admin.

Athlete inputs participant information and pays for registration.
Have the athlete fill out their information with the registration process and pay for their registration at the end.

Assign bib number to newly registered participant
If automatic bib assignment is enabled, the registered participant will automatically be assigned a bib number. However, if not, dynamic bib numbers can be assigned from a stack of bibs and inputted in Check-In from the CRM.

Check-In newly registered participant
The newly registered participant will be added to the CRM and can now be checked in.
Note: Participants registering through this method will be paying the day-of registration price configured by the Sub-events.
Other Considerations for Event Day Registration
CRM (Add Entity)
If the participant is paying for on-site registration outside of credit card such as cash or check, they can be added as an event participant through the Add Entity button in the CRM.

Note: Not all information is needed to add an event participant this way. Necessary information up to the event organizer and timer can be collected. Waivers are also not acknowledge when adding a participant.
Event Page (Register)
Events can re-open event registration during the check-in window during the event, allowing participants to sign up and pay for registration with their phone.
