Add photo albums to your event page

Organizers and Photographers can add Photo Albums to event pages to bring race day memories to life!

Manage Photos

Create a new album

1. Head over to Manage Photos under the Photos tab in Event Admin.

2. Click on the + New Album button.

3. Give the Photo Album a name then click the Create Album button.

Upload Photos

Organizers can add photos after they make an album and later on if they want to include more.

1. In a Photo Album, click on the + Upload Photos to add photos to the album.

2. Drag images to the Upload Photos box or click to select files.

3. See the photos in the Photo Album after they have finished uploading and on the event page under the Photos tab.

Photo Upload Guidelines

• Movemint accepts photo uploads PNG, JPEG, WEBP, and HEIC image formats. Image files can be up to 15MB in size.

• For event photography, we recommend exporting photos in 4k JPEG format (3840 x 2160 dimensions) with a quality setting of 85% before uploading to Movemint

• If uploading photos straight from an iPhone, make sure the RAW capture option is turned off, or use the Apple Photos "export" option to export those photos as JPEG files with our recommended settings before uploading. (See above for recommended JPEG settings.)

Rename Album

After creating an album, organizers can rename it.

1. Go to Manage Photos under the Photos tab in Event Admin.

2. Select the Photo Album to rename.

3. Click the Rename button.

4. Give the Photo Album a new name.

5. Confirm by clicking the Save Changes button.

Delete Album

Have second thoughts about the photos? After creating an album, organizers can delete it.

1. Go to Manage Photos under the Photos tab in Event Admin.

2. Select the Photo Album to delete.

3. Click the Delete button.

4. Confirm deletion by clicking the Delete Album button.

View Photos

Manage Photos

1. Go to Manage Photos under the Photos tab in Event Admin.

2. Select the Photo Album to view its photos.

3. View the photos.

3. Select the Photo Album to view its photos.
