How to Assign Bib Numbers

Manage Bib Numbers

Start by setting the starting and ending bib numbers.

Then set for either all or specific Sub-events and by all or specific genders.

Assign Bib Numbers

Auto Assign

Participants are automatically assigned a bib number as they register (for all or specific sub-events).

Bulk Assign

This assigns bib numbers to existing participants all at once. Bib numbers can be ordered by Last Name, First Name, or Registration Date by all Sub Events or for specific Sub Events.

Head over to CRM to see participants with bib numbers assigned.

Other Considerations

Destroy All Bib Assignments

Clicking this button will delete all of the bib assignment ranges and unassigns them from participants. However, any manually assigned bib numbers through the CRM will remain.

Reset All Bib Assignments

Clicking this button will unassign bib numbers from participants that have been bulk assigned by bib ranges. However, any manually assigned bib numbers through the CRM will remain.

Bib Assignment for Event Day Registration

You can also assign bib numbers for athletes who register on the day of the event in the CRM if there is no auto-assignment. Refer to Event Day Registration for more details on registering a participant and assigning their bib number on the day of the event.
