CRM Actions

What are CRM Actions?

CRM Actions let organizers perform tasks on the contacts shown after applying filters in the CRM.

Save Audience

Organizers can save filtered audiences by clicking on Save Audience option on the top right.

All that is needed is a name for the audience!

After saving an audience, organizers can export them in a CSV or a Google Sheet and select them as recipients for an Email.

Create Google Sheet

After saving an audience, a Google Sheet can be created.

Click the Create Google Sheet button, name the sheet, and tada! You have a Google Sheet of all the entities for the Saved Audience that will stay updated as the audience list grows.

Google Sheets

If audience is selected and a Google Sheet has already been created, a Google Sheets button will appear that links out to the automated sheet.

For more information, check out this Movemint Doc on Google Sheets.
