About Race Director Assistant

The Race Director Assistant is an admin role on Movemint designed for individuals who help manage events on behalf of a Race Director. This role provides broad access to event management tools in Event Admin and people management in CRM, nearly everything a Full Admin can do besides accessing event financials. This role is ideal for staff members who are hands-on with day-to-day event operations like volunteer management or participant check-in but do not need access to financial data.


Becoming a Race Director Assistant Admin

The Owner or one of the Full Admins of the event will send an email invite. Clicking the Accept Invite button will direct you to the event's Event Admin page confirming your role.

What a Race Director Assistant Can Do

Outside of event financials, Race Director Assistants have broad access to event management features on Movemint, including:

  • View, edit, and publish event details including description, course maps, and more.

  • Manage registration settings including updating sub-event details and pricing, creating and editing teams, configuring registration questions and waivers, and more.

  • Configure event support such as volunteer categories and promotions such as merchandise and donation categories.

  • View, search, and filter entities associated with the event like participants, volunteers, merchandise orders, and more.

  • Edit and add notes to participant registration information.

  • Process transfers, deferrals, and withdrawals.

  • Check in participants leading up to and on event day.
