Event Status

Configure who can see your event page.

About Event Status

Event Status allows organizers to configure who can see your event page from admins, those with a direct link, or anyone. This can be configured from the Details tab in Event Admin.

Event Status Options

  • Live

  • Draft

  • Unlisted

  • Landing Page

In order to change the Event Status, a Payment Account must be made by an admin for an event. Learn more about how to create a Payment Account.


Live

The Live Event Status allows anyone to see and take more actions on your event page including register, volunteers, donate, and more.

Draft

The Draft Event Status only allows Owners and Full Admins to see the event page, and take actions like Preview Reg and Event Admin. No one is able to register for this event unless they are an admin via the Preview Reg experience.

Unlisted

The Unlisted Event Status only allows people with the link to see the event page. If enabled, those with the link are able to take actions on the page like register, volunteer, contact, and more.

Landing Page

The Landing Page Event Status enables a form to collect emails from interested visitors on the event page ahead of registration launch. The emails will be added to your CRM as external contacts.
