Merge Tags
Personalize emails by automatically pulling in details about participants
Merge tags let organizers personalize emails by automatically pulling in details about participants, including first name, last name, credits, waiver URL, and more. Instead of sending the same generic message to everyone, merge tags can be used to make each email feel personal and relevant.
What Are Merge Tags?

Merge tags are placeholders you insert into an email from a text block. When the message is sent, Movemint replaces the placeholder with real data from the registration system.
For example:
Email draft: “Hi {{first_name}}, thanks for registering!”
Sent email: “Hi Sarah, thanks for registering!”
