Create and manage waivers for your event

All participants must agree to Movemint's Standard Waiverarrow-up-right and Privacy Policyarrow-up-right. Organizers can also create additional waivers.

How to Create a New Waiver

Head over to the Waivers option under the Details tab in Event Admin.

Click the +Create New Waiver button.

Fill in the waiver details. Write in a Waiver Title and the Waiver Content. You can also set the waiver scope to all sub-events or specific ones.

Confirm by clicking the Create Waiver button.

How to Export a Participant's Signed Waiver

To export a participant's signed waiver, head over to the CRM or Event CRM and select the Export Signed Waiver option among the Entity Actions. Learn more on the Export Signed Waiver Movemint Doc.

How to Show Full Waiver Text During Registration

The full waiver text can be displayed to athletes as they register for your event.

While creating or updating a waiver, check off the "Show Full Waiver Text" box.

How to Apply the Waiver for Volunteers

Custom waivers can be asked to volunteers as they register for your event.

While creating or updating a waiver, check off "Include Volunteers"
