Manage how questions appear for your event

About Manage Questions

Manage Questions allows organizers to manage how questions appear for an event from ordering and linking questions on the registration page to controlling their visibility on start lists and results. Also, group-level questions can be imported and used on an event-level basis.

How to Configure Question Visibility

Show particular question responses on start lists or results.

Go to Questions from Event Admin

To create a question, head over to the Questions option under the Details tab in Event Admin.

Click on Three Dots under Actions Column for a Question

Select Manage Questions

Click on Three Dots under Actions Column for a Question

Select Options to Include in Start List or in Results


How to Nest Questions

Nesting questions links questions where select a particular option for a Multiple Choice question leads to a follow-up question.

Note: This only applies to Multiple Choice questions.

Go to Questions from Event Admin

To create a question, head over to the Questions option under the Details tab in Event Admin.

Click on Three Dots under Actions Column for a Question

Select Manage Questions

Click on Three Dots under Actions Column for a Question and select "Nest Question"

Set up Nesting

  1. Select options that when selected will show the follow-up question.

  2. Select the follow-up question that will be shown.

Click Nest

Repeat to Nest Another Question

How to Import from Group Questions

Click the Import from Group button

Configure the question

Confirm by clicking the Import Question button
