Use this when you want to change where “Contact” emails go, and add clickable social icons (website, Instagram, Strava, etc.) to the top of your public Event Page.

How to get there

  1. Go to your Organizer Dashboard.

  2. Open your Events

  3. Select the event you want to edit.

  4. In the Event Dashboard, click Event Page.

  5. From the Event Page tabs/options choose Social Media.

Set the email address that receives “Contact” messages

  1. In Social Media, update the email address field.

  2. This email address is where messages are sent when someone clicks Contact on your Event Page.

In the next fields on the registration/event page settings, add whatever applies:

  • Website (or Facebook Page) for your event info hub

  • Instagram URL

  • Strava Club URL

  • Facebook Group URL

  • X (Twitter) URL

  • Phone number

What changes on the public Event Page

  • For each link/detail you fill in, an icon appears in the event details at the top of the Event Page.

  • Those icons are clickable, and take people directly to the link you provided (website, Instagram, Strava, etc.).
