Updating Your Event Details
The Details tab is the place to manage the core information that powers your event page and registration experience.
How to get there
Go to your Organizer Dashboard
Click Events
Select your event
In the top tabs, click Event Page
Click Details

Basic Event Info
You can edit:
Event name
Event start date
Event end date (only if your event runs across multiple days)
Quick ‘About’ blurb (the short summary of what the event is)
Description (the fuller “about this event” text)
Quick blurb (the short summary of what the event is)
These fields typically display directly on the public-facing event page.
Capacity and registration-facing settings
You can edit:
Participant limit / capacity
Pricing schedule (the pricing details that appear on the registration page)
Sub-event registration limits (settings that control how many sub-events a participant can register for)
Start list visibility (whether the start list is shown or hidden)
Participant count visibility (whether you show participant count publicly)
Participant information you collect in registration
You can configure what participant details are collected at registration, including:
Phone number
Date of birth
Contact information (as defined in your setup)
Gender identity options, including whether to include:
a non-binary option
a "prefer not to say" option

Location
You can edit:
Whether to show the location on the event page
Event cancellation & registration protection
If you have no registered participants, you can enable:
Participant registration protection (if this is part of your event setup options)
