The Race Day section within Event Admin provides organizers with the tools needed to manage on-the-ground operations before, during, and after the event. From participant check-in to results, this section helps ensure a smooth race-day experience for participants, volunteers, timers, and staff.

• Event Day Check-In: Opens to the CRM with event participants and the Check-In context pre-selected.

• Event Day Registration: Opens to the day-of registration page to collect on-site sign-ups for athletes who did not register in advance.

• Bib Assignment: Assign, manage, and update bib numbers for participants.

• Event Day Photography: Add photo albums that let athletes relive the big day.

• Results: Upload results via CSV or preformatted. Also, results can be integrated with RACE RESULT for an up-to-date sync.

• Virtual Leaderboards: Provides on-going standings for virtual events.
