Participant Registration Protection

Offer registration protection to athletes for your event

Participant Registration Protection enables participants to receive a refund if they're unable to attend for a qualified reason. It also enables organizers to resell spots that are refunded through this program.

Organizers can enable participant registration protection for any paid events when creating an event or from the Participant Registration Protection option under the Details tab in Event Admin. When enabled, participants are offered registration protection when registering.
