Manage deferral schedules

Organizers can postpone a registered participant's entry to a future edition of the same race, instead of canceling or issuing a refund, by managing deferral schedules.

How to Add a Deferral Schedule

1. Click Add Deferral Schedule

2. Set a deferral schedule for an Event or Group

   • Event: any athlete that defers will get a discount to that event

   • Group: any athlete that defers will get a discount to any event in that group

3. Select the Discount Type and Discount Amount

4. Set the deadline date, time, and timezone.

5. Confirm by clicking Save Schedule.
